摘要
通过引入模糊数学隶属度的概念,引入层次分析法(AHP)确定技术创新绩效指标的权重,建立高技能人才的技术创新绩效的模糊综合评价模型,从而为高技能人才招聘、考核、管理提供更科学与可靠的参考依据。
After inducing the concept of degree of membership in fuzzy mathematics,the author introduced the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of plan-schedulers’job competence.Then build up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to provide a reference which is more scientific and more reliable for plan-schedulers’recruitment,assessment and management in travel agent.
