双创背景下传统工艺传承与保护研究——以佛山剪纸为例

Under the Background of Double Innovation,Traditional Process Inheritance and Protection Research——Take the Foshan Paper Cutting as an Example

2017年3月,由文化部、工业部和信息部、财政部制定,国务院同意并发布了《中国传统工艺振兴计划》,为此,切实提高传统工艺传承和保护效益,已成为国家文化建设战略和社会各界的共识。以佛山剪纸为例,阐述双创背景下,佛山剪纸传承与保护现状,梳理佛山非物质文化遗产的传承方式,并进一步探讨佛山剪纸保护与产品创新的途径,以期对传统工艺传承与保护在双创背景下的发展运用提供新的思路。

The prime minister Li keqiang has proposed the“public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation”at fist since 2014,which is referred as“Double innovation”.In the March 2017,“Chinese traditional craft revitalization plan”was formulated bythe ministry of culture,the ministry of industry and information department,ministry of finance.It was agreed and issued by the state council.Therefore,innovation of traditional craft heritage and protection measures,improve the efficiency of the inheritance and protection of traditional crafteffectively.It has become the consensus of national culture construction strategy and the common view of all society.This article explains theFoshan paper-cut inheritance and protection of the status quo,combing the foshan inheritance way of intangible cultural heritage,and further explores the ways of foshan paper-cut protection and product innovation.It will provide new ideas for development of the protect and inherit traditional craft,under the the background of“Doubleinnovation”.
