人工智能视角下图书馆的服务模式重构与创新发展——基于英国《人工智能:未来决策的机遇与影响》报告的解析

Analysis on Service Pattern and Innovation Development of Library——from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence:Interpretation of the Report Entitled“Artificial Intelligence:Opportunities and Implications for the Future of Decision Making”

为明确和规划人工智能发展战略,英国政府于2016年11月发布了《人工智能:未来决策的机遇与影响》研究报告,该报告系统阐述了人工智能的内涵和范围,以及人工智能在政府创新管理和社会生产发展中的应用前景、潜在风险及应对策略。文章在对报告进行解析的基础上,从人工智能的视角分析了图书馆的服务模式构建和创新发展,提出了图书馆与人工智能在深度融合发展的过程中需要关注资源建设、用户需求、隐私安全、学前教育等问题。

In order to define and plan the national development strategy of artificial intelligence,UK released a report entitled"Artificial Intelligence:Opportunities and Implications for the future of Decision Making"in November 2016.This report not only introduces the connotation and confine of artificial intelligence,but also expounds the application prospect,potential risks and response measures of government management and society production by using artificial intelligence.Based on interpretation of the core part of that report,this study presents a library service pattern and some important links,and then discusses the main problems that need to be paid attention to and solved from the perspective of integrating library and artificial intelligence.
