基于FTA的煤矿局部通风系统故障分析

摘要 探讨了FTA方法在煤矿通风系统中的应用,通过对煤矿通风系统存在的一些故障类型分析,建立了故障树。从分析结果来看,每个底事件都是导致顶事件发生的潜在因素,对每一类故障都不能麻痹大意,对事故征兆要保持谨慎。根据分析,提出了加强集中监控和检查力度、及时处理出现的问题等防范措施。 This paper discussed the application of FTA method in mine ventilation system.By analyzing the existing fault types in mine ventilation system,the fault tree was established.The result shows that each basic event is a potential cause for the occurrence of the top event.Therefore,each type of fault which probably causes accident deserves caution.According to the analysis,the preventive measures were put forward,such as strengthening centralized monitoring and inspection as well as dealing with the problems in time.
