摘要 针对杭来湾煤矿主、副斜井井筒富水厚土层的井筒支护与施工难题,通过力学性能测试试验和围岩破坏模拟实验,在分析富水厚土层渗透规律、围岩位移变化规律、斜井掘进工艺、工艺流程组织管理等技术的基础上,提出了以关键耗时分析法为核心的富水厚土层快速掘进的关键技术体系,采取平行作业管理方式,提高了掘进速度。 Aiming at the supporting and construction problems of main and auxiliary inclined shaft passing through water-rich thick soil layer in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine,according to the mechanical property test and simulation experiment of surrounding rock failure,based on the analysis of permeability rules of water-rich thick soil layer,deformation laws of surrounding rock,tunneling process and organization management of inclined shaft,the key technical system for rapid tunneling of water-rich thick soil layer with the critical time-consuming analysis method as the core was proposed.Moreover,the parallel operation management method was adopted and the tunneling speed was improved.
