摘要
通过分析液压支架立柱失效形式,介绍了立柱主要部件的维修方法,采用不锈钢焊接修复腐蚀外缸及中缸缸口,利用激光熔覆技术代替电镀工艺等技术,并给出了相关部件的主要修复工艺。
By analzing the failure modes of hydraulic support column,the maintenance methods for the main parts of the column were proposed,such as using stainless steel welding technology to repair the outer cylinder and cylinder mouth,using laser cladding technology to replace electroplating process.Moreover,the main repair process of related parts was proposed.
