摘要
采用层次分析法构建区域低碳经济指标体系,对中国31个省区市和三大地带的低碳经济发展水平进行了测度。通过聚类分析法对各地区的发展能力、低碳经济发展水平进行分类分析,得出了现阶段中国总体上表现为高碳或相对高碳的经济特征,省际间及区域间低碳经济发展的差异性明显,指出各地区在积极转变经济增长方式的同时,应遵循差异化的低碳经济发展路径。
By using analytic hierarchy process,a regional low carbon economy index system was constructed to measure the development levels of low carbon economy in 31 provinces or municipalities and three regions in China.By clustering analysis,this paper classifies the regional development ability and low carbon economy development level,and concludes that the present overall Chinese performance is characterized by high carbon or relatively high carbon economy,and that there exists significant differences of low carbon economic development among different provinces and regions.It further suggests each region,while actively changing the mode of economic growth,should follow an individualized development path of lowcarbon economy.
