摘要
城市区域地质条件适宜性评价,是指为了满足城市布局选址、规划建设、安全运行、转型升级对地质资源和地质环境的需求,特别是对定量化地质数据的需求而开展的工作,主要包括保障城市发展的地质资源和制约城市建设发展的地质环境问题。目前我国已颁布的国家、地方、行业标准中,对各项地质要素的评价以定性评价居多,指标定量化程度较低,而且部分评价指标不能全面反映评价对象演化趋势。本文在大量城市地质工作基础上,初步建立了一套城市区域地质条件适宜性评价定量化指标体系。本次工作一是将评价指标体系中不够完善的部分新设置了定量化指标,二是将部分指标评价由定性转为定量,三是修订了部分定量化指标的定量分级标准,旨在使地质成果满足城市发展需求,提高地质工作基础性支撑能力。
Suitability evaluation method for urban regional geological conditions meets the requirements of geological environment and geological resources for the safe operation of urban location,construction,operation and transition,especially for the requirement of quantitative geological data.It includes the geological resources to keep urban development,and also includes the geological environment problems to restrict urban development.At present,the evaluation standards and evaluation methods of geological factors in the world mainly focuses on qualitative evaluation.The degree of quantitative index is low,and some evaluation indexes can't reflect the evolution trend of evaluation objects.On the basis of detailed urban geological work,quantitative indicators of suitability evaluation method for urban regional geological conditions have been established in this paper.First,the quantitative indexes of the imperfect part of the evaluation system are set up.Second,some indexes are transferred from qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation.Third,some quantitative indicators are revised.This work aims to meet the requirements of urban development and to improve the basic support capacity of geological work
