摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(DMOS)和硅溶胶为前驱体制备了硅氧烷基涂层。通过傅里叶红外光谱分析、扫描电子显微镜、等试验研究了在不同硅氧烷/硅溶胶比例下,添加二甲基二甲氧基硅烷对涂层性能的影响。结果表明,当硅氧烷/硅溶胶为1∶2时,添加二甲基二甲氧基硅烷涂层综合性能最好;添加二甲基二甲氧基硅烷可通过降低涂层的表面能,可以有效提高涂层的防腐蚀能力。
Siloxane based coatings were prepared by sol-gel process through the organic precursors of methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS),dimethyldimethoxysilane(DMOS)and inorganic of colloidal silica.Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)techniques were adopted to characterize and analyze.The results indicated that the coating with DMOS had the best properties when the mass ratio of silicone︰colloidal silica was 1:2.Dimethyldimethoxysilane can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the coating by reducing the surface energy of the coating.
