摘要
高灰难选煤泥的有效分选是洁净煤技术领域的一个难题。为了研究高剪切调浆过程中主要因素对煤泥浮选效果的影响,分别进行了不同搅拌转速以及不同搅拌时间下的煤泥的调浆-浮选试验。结果表明,在给定的药剂水平下,随着搅拌转速的增大精煤产率逐渐升高,在搅拌转速达1750 r/min左右时达到最高,而精煤灰分逐渐降低,并且降低趋势逐渐趋缓。随着搅拌时间的延长,精煤产率逐渐升高,精煤灰分逐渐降低,但其变化趋于缓慢。
The effective separation of high ash and difficult preparation coal slime is a difficult problem in the field of clean coal technology.Pulping-flotation experiments were carried out under different stirring speed,stirring time and reagent level,in order to find out the influences of main factors on the flotation effect of coal slime.The results showed that with the increasing of stirring speed,clean coal yield increased and reached to the maximum value under the stirring speed of 1750 r/min.The ash content of the clean coal decreased,but the tendency of decrease became inconspicuous gradually.With the increasing of stirring time,the yield of clean coal increased,while the ash content decreased.And the variation trend became inconspicuous beyond the stirring time of 4 min.
