介孔镍铈铝催化剂催化木糖醇氢解研究

摘要 采用溶剂挥发诱导自组装(EISA)法制备了一系列介孔镍铈铝催化剂用于木糖醇氢解反应,考察了稀土元素铈的掺入对催化剂物化性质及催化木糖醇氢解性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂的铈在催化剂中高度分散,EISA法制备的催化剂均具有规则介孔结构。稀土元素铈的掺入促进了镍的分散,掺杂铈的催化剂在木糖醇氢解反应中的催化性能有所提高。以10Ni4CeAl为催化剂,在反应温度为220℃,反应氢压为6 MPa及反应时间6 h时,木糖醇转化率达93.4%,乙二醇、丙二醇收率为56.1%,10Ni4CeAl重复使用5次后依然保持介孔结构。 Mesoporous Ni-CeO2-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared via evaporation induced self assembly(EISA)method,the effects of incorporation of rare earth element Ce on the physical chemical properties and catalytic performance of the catalysts were systematically investigated.The characterization results showed that Ce was homogeneously dispersed in the catalysts and the as-prepared catalysts possessed mesoporous structure.The dispersion of Ni particles would be promoted by incorporating Ce.The catalysts showed better catalytic performance after incorporating Ce and 10Ni4CeAl was the best.The effects of reaction conditions were studied over 10Ni4CeAl catalyst.Xylitol conversion of 93.4%and diols yield of 56.1%could be obtained under the reaction temperature of 220℃,reaction pressure of 6 MPa and reaction time of 6 h,mesoporous structure of 10Ni4CeAl was maintained after 5 repeated reactions.
