摘要 利用电Fenton反应对水中盐酸四环素(TC)进行氧化降解,考察电流强度、H_2O_2试剂投加量、溶液初始pH值对盐酸四环素去除的影响,研究了盐酸四环素降解过程的特征。研究结果表明:对于初始浓度为0.08 mmol/L的盐酸四环素,最优反应条件为pH值3.0,施加电流50 m A,H_2O_2施加量1.58 mmol/L。在该条件下反应30 min,盐酸四环素降解率达97.01%,对应Total Organic Carbon Analyzer(TOC)去除率为78.40%;紫外-可见光谱扫描结果表明氧化过程中盐酸四环素的共轭结构被破坏。 Degradation of tetracycline(TC)with Electro-Fenton was investigated.The influences of reaction condition on the degradation efficiency were discussed.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:H 2 O 2 dosage was 1.58 mmol/L,pH was 3.0 and applied current was 50 mA.Under these conditions,the degradation of 0.08 mmol/L TC was up to 97.01%within 30 min reaction,the corresponding TOC removal efficiency was 78.40%.UV scanning spectrum showed that the conjugated structure was destroyed.
