SO_2对空气中甲醛含量测定的影响探究

摘要 空气中的二氧化硫对甲醛含量的测定具有一定的干扰,本文基于GB/T 18204.26-2000中的实验方法,测得标准曲线为y=0.3595x+0.0097,线性相关系数为0.9998,通过向甲醛标准溶液中加入不同量的二氧化硫标准溶液,发现二氧化硫使测定结果偏低,当二氧化硫与甲醛的质量比达到2.5∶1.0时,再增加二氧化硫对实验结果影响不大。在进行样品测定时,发现硫酸锰滤纸过滤器能够降低二氧化硫对甲醛含量测定的影响,同一实验条件下,有无硫酸锰滤纸过滤器测定的甲醛含量误差为0.0012。 The influence of SO 2 on the determination of formaldehyde content based on phenol reagent spectrophotometric method in GB/T 18204.26-2000 was reported.The standard curve was y=0.3595x+0.0097 with the linear correlation coefficient reached 0.9998.The study showed that more amount of SO 2 eached lower result,and finally the result can tend to be stable when the mass ratio of SO 2 and formaldehyde reached 2.5:1.0.The study also showed that MnSO 4 filter paper can efficiently reduce the influence of SO 2,the experimental error of formaldehyde content was 0.0012 with or without MnSO 4 filter paper in same conditions.
