某化工厂工伤现状及影响研究

Study on Current Situation and Impact of Industrial Injury in A Chemical Plant

以某化工厂为调查分析对象,从事故发生时间、工伤部位和性质、工伤人员的年龄和性别方面分析,总结该厂工伤事故特点。结果表明该厂存在缺少劳动保护用品、员工安全意识薄弱、安全管理不规范等问题。基于此提出了安全管理措施和生产流程安全措施,以降低企业事故的发生率,减少人员伤亡和财产损失。为类似企业的安全管理、安全生产和事故预防提供参考依据。

Take a chemical plant as the research object,the time of the accidents,the positions and characteristics of industrial injuries,the age and gender of industrial injured workers in this chemical plant were analyzed to summarize the characteristics of the industrial accidents.The results showed that this chemical plant had some potential safety hazards such as lack of protection supplies,the weak safety awareness of employees,less standard safety management,and so on.Some safety management measures and production process safety measures were proposed to reduce industrial accident rate and decrease casualties and property damage based on these problems.These can provide safety management,safety production and industrial accident prevention reference and basis for similar enterprises.
