摘要
新时代的中国高等教育推动全面深化改革有两项重大战略实践,一是向下推动地方本科高校向应用型转变;二是向上实施"双一流"建设计划。这使得地方本科高校面临转型发展和内涵提升的双重压力和挑战,作为民族地区新建本科高校的凯里学院积极而审慎地响应转型发展,从学科专业、人才培养和师资队伍三大路径推动转型试点,在立足服务民族地区的应用转型实践中夯实了内涵式发展基础。
In the new era,there are two major strategic practices in the overall deep reformation for China education of higher learning.One is downwardly pushing the transformation of the local undergraduate colleges and universities to applied type and the other is upwardly implementing“Double First-Class”construction plan.Because of this,the local colleges and universities are confronted with double pressures and challenges from the transformative development and connotation promotion.As a local newly established undergraduate university,Kaili University positively and cautiously responds to the transformative development in three trial perspectives of subject specialty,talent training and teaching staff.In the implementation,Kaili University consolidates the foundation of the connotative development in the application transformation practice based on the service of ethnic minority areas.
