火针加艾灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

A clinical study on treating allergic rhinitis by fire acupuncture plus moxibustion

目的:观察火针加艾灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有病例均采用艾灸治疗,治疗组加火针治疗,对照组采用一般毫针针刺,比较两组的近期临床疗效、好转时间、远期疗效及复发率。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.00%,复发率为6.25%;对照组的总有效率为88.00%,复发率为11.36%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组疗效更确切,治疗时间更短,疗程更短,更有利于患者恢复正常。

Objective:To observe the effect of fire acupuncture plus moxibustion on allergic rhinitis.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group;all patients were treated by moxibustion;the treatment group took acupuncture more,and the control group was given general acupuncture more.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.00%;recurrence was 6.25%,and those indexes in the control group was 88.00%and 11.36%respectively.The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);the recurrence in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment group,the curative effects were better;treatment time was shorter;course of treatment was shorter;and the therapy in the group is more conducive to the patients return to normal.
