火针治疗寒湿型腰痛的306例临床疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating 306 patients with the lumbago of the Hanshi type by fire acupuncture

目的:通过对比治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)积分及腰部功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的变化观察火针疗法对寒湿型腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的306例患者随机分为治疗组(火针治疗组)和对照组(毫针对照组),各153例。治疗2个疗程,比较治疗前后的VAS、ODI评分变化,并进行总体疗效评定。结果:两组VAS、ODI评分均降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,火针治疗组总有效率为92.81%,毫针对照组总有效率为86.27%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:火针和毫针针刺治疗寒湿型腰痛均有疗效,火针疗法在改善寒湿型腰痛患者的VAS及ODI评分方面优于毫针针刺,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fire acupuncture on lumbago of the Hanshi type(寒湿型)by the comparison of VAS score and ODI score before and after treatment.Methods:306 patients met the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group(fire acupuncture group)and control group(filiform acupuncture group),153 cases in each.With observation and treatment for two courses,the changes of VAS scores,ODI scores before and after the treatment were compared,and the total efficiency was evaluated.Results:The VAS scores and the ODI scores were reduced in two groups,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was 92.81%,and better than 86.27%in the control group after 2 courses,without statistical significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fire acupuncture on lumbago of the Hanshi type is effective,with a same effect of filiform acupuncture,and is better in improving the VAS and ODI scores,and has a certain value of popularization and application.
