二陈汤加味治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with the Erchen decoction

目的:观察中西医结合治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将50例痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝随机分为两组。对照组25例予以单纯西医护肝降酶治疗,治疗组25例在对照组治疗的基础上加服二陈汤加味(陈皮、白术、半夏、茯苓、生山楂、丹参、薏苡仁等)。结果:治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率为60%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。二陈汤加味联合西医治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝疗效明显,优于单纯西医治疗组。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver of the Tanshi Neizu type(痰湿内阻型).Methods:50 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver of the Tanshi Neizu type were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each.The control group was treated by protecting liver and reducing enzyme therapy.The treatment group was treated with the Erchen decoction(二陈汤)more.Results:The total effective rate was 84%in the treatment group and 60%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The efficacy of the Erchen decoction plus western medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver of the Tanshi Neizu type is obviously better than that of western medical purely.
