姚美玉经方活用治疗疑难杂症举例

Experience of Yao Meiyu for treating intractable diseases with the classical prescription

姚美玉,黑龙江中医药大学教授,黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院主任医师,妇科专业硕士研究生导师,黑龙江省名中医。曾跟师于王秀霞老师,从事妇科临床、科研、教学30年,博览众书,医术精湛、治学严谨,对内科与妇科疑难杂症,如月经失调、崩漏、闭经、痛经、经断前后诸证、免疫性流产、不孕、腹痛、腹胀、胁痛等疾病有独特的研究和治疗经验,运用中医辨证论治理论,结合经方治疗获得了良好的疗效。笔者跟师学习,受益良多。其治病的核心思想为辨病论治,辨证论治,对证治疗。然诊治良多,不能一一列举,现仅举其活用经方辨治疑难病——背胀之验案,以飨同道。

Yao Meiyu,as a professor,chief physician,tutor of postgraduates,and TCM master,works for 30 years in clinical gynecology,scientific research and education,with wide knowledge,skilled medical,and rigorous academic.Yao Meiyu summarizes the experience on study and treatment in gynecology,applies the theory of differential treatment of TCM and the classical prescription,with a good effect.The differentiation of disease,differential treatment and syndrome differentiation were the core concept.A case of treating back pain by the classical prescription differentiation and treatment was exampled.
