芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗冠心病合并左心舒张功能不全的临床效果评价

Efficacy of the Qili Qiangxin capsules on coronary heart disease with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction

目的:研究应用芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗冠心病合并左心舒张功能不全的临床疗效。方法:采取随机数字表法将我院自2016年1月-2017年1月期间收治的58例冠心病合并左心舒张功能不全患者随机分为参照组(n=29)与实验组(n=29),参照组患者开展常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗基础上开展芪苈强心胶囊治疗,分析对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组冠心病合并左心舒张功能不全患者NT-proBNP、LAD、LVEF、LEVDD、总有效率与参照组数据对比,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论:芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗冠心病合并左心舒张功能不全效果显著,值得应用。

Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the Qili Qiangxin capsules(芪苈强心胶囊)on coronary heart disease with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.Methods:58 cases from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groups by random digital table method.The control group was given routine treatment.The experimental group was given the Qili Qiangxin capsules more.The efficacy between two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The NT-proBNP、LAD、LVEF、LEVDD and total efficiency between two groups were compared.The differences is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Qili Qiangxin capsules on coronary heart disease with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction shows a significant effect,is worthy of application.
