龙蝎钩藤汤治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating tic disorder in children with the Longxie Gouteng decoction

目的:观察自拟方龙蝎钩藤汤治疗儿童抽动障碍(Tic disorder,TD)的临床疗效。方法:纳入2014年6月-2016年6月TD患儿随机分为对照组及观察组各40例,对照组采用氟哌啶醇片,观察组采用自拟龙蝎钩藤汤,治疗后观察临床疗效,采用耶鲁抽动症整体严重程度量表(Yale Global Tic Severity Scale,YGTSS)进行判定,并观察两组患儿的ADHD评分。结果:对照组临床痊愈9例、显效12例、有效9例、无效10例,观察组临床痊愈17例、显效14例、有效5例、无效4例,经Willcoxon秩和检验后观察组的临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前中医证候评分对比无差异(P>0.05),经治疗后较治疗前评分均出现下降,且观察组较对照组下降更为明显。结论:采用自拟方龙蝎钩藤汤治疗儿童TD患者较西医治疗能有效的改善临床疗效及临床症状,并不会增加患儿的治疗风险,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Longxie Gouteng decoction(龙蝎钩藤汤)on children with tic disorder.Methods:Children with tic disorder from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group of 40 cases respectively.The control group was treated with haloperidol tablets,and the observation group was treated with the Longxie Gouteng decoction.Yale Global Tic Severity Scale and the scores of ADHD in two groups were compared.Results:There were 9 and 17 cases of clinically cured,12 and 14 cases of effective,9 and 5 cases of a little effective,10 and 4 cases of invalid in the control group and observation group respectively.By Willcoxon rank and test,the clinical effect in the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the scores were decreased after treatment.The decrease degree in the observation group was more obvious than the control group.Conclusion:The Longxie Gouteng decoction on children with TD is more effective than Western medicine,can improve clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms,and will not increase the risk,with high security.
