中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的应用效果观察及评估

Observation and evaluation on efficacy of TCM fumigation on neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain

目的:观察颈肩腰腿痛患者以中药熏蒸治疗的有效性。方法:以我院门诊部于2015年4月-2016年10月期间收治的82例颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,按随机排列表法将患者分为观察组、对比组,其中对比组40例给予常规治疗,观察组42例加用中药熏蒸治疗,对两组患者颈肩腰腿痛治疗效果进行评估,对比治疗前后患者疼痛、腰椎功能评分,观察患者症状改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.9%,疗效优于对比组(82.5%),P<0.05;入院时两组疼痛、腰椎功能比较无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗后观察组改善优于对比组,P<0.05。结论:临床对颈肩腰腿痛者以中药熏蒸治疗,疗效好,患者疼痛、腰椎功能改善佳。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of TCM fumigation on neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain.Methods:82 cases from April 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in the control group(given routine treatment)and 42 cases in the observation group(given TCM fumigation more).The efficacy was evaluated.The pain scale and lumbar function score were compared.Symptom improvement was observed.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 92.9%,and better than 82.5%in the control group.The pain scale and lumbar function score did not showed obvious difference.Symptom improvement in the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:TCM fumigation on neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain was effective,by better improving pain and lumbar function.
