中西医结合治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效观察

Observation on treating distal radius fracture in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合对于治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:将2016年5月-2017年2月入住我院并经医生确诊为桡骨远端骨折的108例患者自由组合后分为对照组和观察组。在研究与治疗的过程中,对照组单用西医(手术切开复位并用钢板螺钉固定)的方法对桡骨远端骨进行治疗,观察组利用中西医结合(手术切开复位、钢板螺钉固定结合中药外敷)的方法进行治疗。经过7周的研究与治疗后,分别对观察组和对照组的临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗前,对比两组患者的X线所发现的骨折情况差异不显著,治疗后,观察组X线所观察的桡骨远端骨折改善情况明显优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果显著。

Objective:To study the effect of the integrative medicine on distal radius fracture.Methods:108 patients diagnosed as distal radius fractures in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2017 were divided into the control group and observation group randomly.The control group was treated in western medicine(incision reduction and plate screw fixation).The observation group was treated in the integrative medicine(incision reduction,plate screw fixation and application of TCM medicine).In 7 weeks,the clinical effects in two groups were compared.Results:Before the treatment,X-ray in two groups was not significantly different.After treatment,the improvement of distal radius fracture observed by X-ray in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on distal radius fracture is significantly effective.
