腹部超声联合阴道超声在诊断妇产科急腹症中的价值研究

A study on diagnosing of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology by abdominal ultrasound plus vaginal ultrasound

目的:研究腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的临床价值。方法:选择我院妇产科收治的80例急腹症患者研究,其中40例行腹部超声诊断为对照组,另外40例应用腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断为观察组,分析联合诊断的临床价值。结果:观察组诊断准确率为95%,对照组诊断准确率为80%,观察组诊断率明显高于对照组,对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症准确率较高,而且操作简单,可以降低误诊率。

Objective:To study diagnosing acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology by abdominal ultrasound plus vaginal ultrasound.Methods:80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,and diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound plus vaginal ultrasound separately.Results:The diagnostic rate in the observation group was 95%,and higher than 80%in the control group.Conclusion:Abdominal ultrasound plus vaginal ultrasound on acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology is more accurate,with simple exercise,can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
