中药饮片调剂中审方的作用分析与改进策略分析

An analysis of function and improvement strategy of prescription-checking in dispense of Chinese herbal pieces

目的:探讨分析中药饮片调剂中审方的作用与改进策略及效果。方法:将2015年10月-2016年10月在我院使用不同中药饮片治疗的726张中药饮片处方作为研究分析对象,对处方进行审方分析,并对评价指标进行统计分析。结果:726张中药饮片处方中共发现67张不规范处方(发生率为9.23%),52张用药不合理处方(发生率为7.16%),调剂审方后患者的不良反应率为0.96%,显著优于调剂审方前的5.95%,P<0.05;调剂审方后的治疗有效率为97.25%,优于调剂审方前的89.21%,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:通过对中药饮片调剂审方可以及时发现中药饮品处方存在的问题并及时改正,从而降低患者使用时的不良反应发生率,提高治疗有效率,并以此提高中药饮片的处方质量,为患者提供更好的中药饮片治疗服务。

Objective:To analyze the function of improvement strategy and effects of prescription-checking in dispense of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods:726 Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects,prescription-checking and evaluation indicators were analyzed.Results:In 726 prescriptions,67 non-standard prescriptions were found(the incidence rate was 9.23%)and 52 were irrational prescriptions(the incidence rate was 7.16%).The rate of adverse reactions was 0.96%,lower than 5.95%before the adjustment of prescriptions,P<0.05.The total efficiency after the adjustment was 97.25%,higher than 89.21%before the adjustment,P<0.05.Conclusion:By adjusting Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions,the problems existing in the prescriptions could be promptly discovered and corrected in time,so as to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the treatment efficiency and prescription quality,and provide better Chinese herbal pieces services.
