产程护理对阴道分娩产后出血的干预作用

Effects of the nursing during labor on hemorrhage after vaginal delivery

目的:探讨在阴道分娩过程中应用产程护理对产后出血的效果。方法:本研究筛选本院妇产科收治阴道分娩产妇70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组实施常规临床护理。治疗组实施产程护理。比较两组产后出血量、产后出血发生率及产后不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组产后2h、24h及总产程出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组产后出血发生率为5.71%,对照组为28.57%,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为17.14%,明显低于对照组的42.86%(P<0.05)。结论:在阴道分娩中应用产程护理可减少产后出血量,降低产后出血发生率及不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate intervention effects of the nursing during labor on hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods:70 cases were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases)and treatment group(35 cases).The control group was given routine nursing.The treatment group was given the nursing during labor.The bleeding,occurrence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and untoward effects were compared between two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding in the treatment group was evidently lower than control group in 2h and 24h postpartum hemorrhage and total stage of labor(P<0.01).The occurrence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 5.71%,was obviously lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of untoward effect in the treatment group was 17.14%,was evidently lower than 42.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing during vaginal delivery can decrease amount of bleeding,occurrence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and untoward effect,which deserve clinical application.
