中西医结合护理在急性心肌梗死恢复期治疗中的应用效果观察

Clinical application of the integrated nursing in the recovery of acute myocardial infarction

目的:讨论中西医结合护理对于急性心肌梗死恢复期患者的护理意义。方法:将我院于2013年7月-2017年3月收治的112例急性心肌梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同随机分组,对照组进行常规西医护理,实验组则结合中医护理。将患者护理后的效果、满意度及相关指标的改善情况进行对比,进而评估中西医结合护理对于急性心肌梗死恢复期患者的护理效果。结果:经过中西医结合护理,有91.1%患者的症状得到了有效缓解,显著高于常规护理的对照组患者(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的心功能及相关指标评估均显著优于常规护理的对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);相比较于常规护理方式,患者对于中西医结合护理方式的认可度更高,达到了92.9%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性心肌梗死恢复期患者,在常规西医护理基础上联合中医护理能够显著改善护理效果,提高患者对于护理方式的认可,进而有助于提高患者的配合度,更好地促进患者恢复,建议临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the significance of the integrated nursing on recovery of acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods:112 cases in our hospital from July 2013 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into groups according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine western medical care.The experimental group took the integrated nursing.Results:Clinical symptoms of 91.1%patients were effectively relieved,significantly higher than 75.0%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Heart function and related indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Nursing recognition in the experimental group was higher,reached 92.9%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing can significantly improve the effect and improve recognition of the nursing,which in turn helps to improve the patient’s coordination and promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
