复方丹参滴丸治疗高血压心脏病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating hypertension plus heart disease with Fufang Danshen Diwan

目的:本文就复方丹参滴丸治疗高血压心脏病的临床效果进行研究与观察。方法:选取我院在2013年1月-2016年12月期间收治的80例高血压心脏病患者,按照随机数字表法进行分组,实验组与参照组各40例。参照组患者施以常规治疗,实验组加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、血压值以及心脑血管事件发生率。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,实验组患者的舒张压、收缩压值的下降程度对比参照组更加显著,实验组心脑血管事件发生率也显著低于参照组,P<0.05。结论:应用复方丹参滴丸治疗高血压心脏病具有显著效果,对改善心功能、控制血压、预防心血管事件均有积极作用,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To study and observe the clinical effect of Fufang Danshen Diwan(复方丹参滴丸)on hypertension plus heart disease.Methods:80 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 cases in each.The patients in the reference group were given conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Fufang Danshen Diwan more.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group.The decrease of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were more significant than the reference group.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the experimental group were also significantly lower than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Fufang Danshen Diwan on hypertension plus heart disease was effective,by improving cardiac function,controlling blood pressure,preventing from cardiovascular events,with high value.
