中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效及CT影像特征变化

Effects of the integrative medicine on severe acute pancreatitis and CT imaging characteristic

目的:比较中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效及CT影像特征变化。方法:选用自2015年5月-2016年5月我院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者512例。将所有患者随机分组,应用中西医结合治疗者分入A组,单纯西医治疗者分入B组,治疗两周,比较两组治疗效果,症状恢复时间及第1、3、7、14天的CTSI评分,并记录CT检查结果。结果:治疗14天后效果对比,A组总有效率高于B组;A组各项临床症状缓解时间均优于B组;两组患者在第1天的CTSI评分对比差异无统计学意义;治疗第3、7、14天,CTSI评分A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义;CT检查结果与临床症状缓解时间一致。结论:通过CT评估SAP病情准确性高;对SAP患者进行中西医结合治疗,其治疗效果优于单纯西医治疗,另通过CT评估病情准确性也较高,应予推广。

Objective:To compare the effect and CT imaging characteristics of severe acute pancreatitis treating with the integrative medicine.Methods:512 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated in the integrative medicine;group B was treated with western medicine,for two weeks.The effects,symptom recovery time and CTSI score of 1,3,7 and 14 days were compared;the results of CT examination were recorded.Results:After 14 days,the total efficiency in group A was higher than group B;the symptom recovery time in group A was better than group B.After 1 day,there was no significant difference in CTSI score between groups;after 3 days,7 days and 14 days,CTSI scores in the group A were lower than group B,with statistically significant differences.CT examination results were consistent with clinical symptoms recovery time.Conclusion:The accuracy of SAP is high by CT;the integrative medicine on SAP shows a better effect,and should be promoted.
