中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并高血压80例研究

Effects of the integrative medicine on 80 patients with diabetes mellitus plus hypertension

目的:对80例糖尿病合并高血压患者实施中西医结合治疗,研究临床治疗效果。方法:本次探究需要利用自愿参与原则在我院所收治的糖尿病合并高血压患者中选取80例作为样本人群,就诊时间段是2012年4月-2017年4月,按照随机数字表法对80例患者实行均分,两组患者分别命名为研究组和参照组,每组40例。对于两组患者来说,在治疗过程中应用二甲双胍和(或)糖适平、依那普利治疗,对于研究组患者来说,在治疗过程中增加知柏地黄汤合天麻钩藤饮治疗,将两组患者治疗后得到的组间数据进行统计学分析,计算出统计学分析结果的相关性数值。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率、血压控制结果(SBP、DBP)、血糖控制结果(FPG、2h PG)、不良反应发生率均显著性更佳,对比参照组患者而言,组间差异存在统计学意义且P<0.05。结论:80例糖尿病合并高血压患者实施中西医结合治疗的临床治疗效果较为理想,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To study the effect of the integrative medicine on 80 patients with diabetes mellitus plus hypertension.Methods:80 cases of diabetes mellitus with hypertension treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2017 according the principle of voluntary participation were selected as a sample population,and divided into the study group and reference group according to the random digital table method,40 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with metformin plus(or)glurenorm and enalapril.The study group was treated with the Zhibai Dihuang decoction(知柏地黄汤)plus the Tianma Gouteng decoction(天麻钩藤饮)more.The data in the two groups was analyzed after treatment,and applicated to calculate correlation value of statistical analysis results.Results:The total clinical efficiency,blood pressure control results(SBP,DBP),glycemic control results(FPG,2hPG)and adverse reaction rates in the study group were all significantly better than those in the reference group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on 80 patients with diabetes mellitus plus hypertension is effective and worthy of clinical recommendation.
