摘要
目的:探讨中医特色护理中情志护理路径联合耳穴压贴疗法对中风后抑郁患者的康复疗效及负性情绪的影响。方法:将我科收治的60例患者按照入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上进行中风常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施中医情志护理路径联合耳穴压贴疗法。观察两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评分情况,并对不良反应发生情况进行分析。结果:两组患者经过护理治疗后HAMD评分有所下降,实验组患者HAMD评分下降幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理中情志护理路径联合耳穴压贴疗法能够显著改善中风后抑郁患者的抑郁状态,提高患者基本生活能力以及生活质量,有效降低神经功能缺损程度以及抑郁程度,对于患者康复具有重要的实用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM emotional nursing path plus auricular plaster on post-stroke depression.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group.The control group was given conventional treatment plus routine nursing;the the experimental group was given emotional nursing path plus auricular plaster more.The scores of HAMD were observed;and the occurrence of adverse reactions was analyzed.Results:After nursing,the HAMD scores were decreased in groups;that in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM emotional nursing path plus auricular plaster on post-stroke depression can significantly improve depression,basic living ability and quality of life,and effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficit and depression,which is of great value.
