中药内服外敷治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效与安全性

The efficacy and safety of TCM medicine orally and applied on pain in neck shoulder low-back and leg

目的:探析中药内服外敷治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效与安全性。方法:2016年5月-2017年5月,我院共收治180例颈肩腰腿痛患者,依照其入院单双次序将其分为对照组(n=90)与观察组(n=90),对照组行常规治疗,观察组行中药内服外敷治疗,对两组临床治疗效果以及安全性进行对比。结果:由本次研究可知,在临床治疗有效率上,对照组远不及观察组(83.33%<97.78%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在疼痛、活动受限、酸麻无力、筋膜劳损等并发症发生率上,对照组远不及观察组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷在治疗颈肩腰腿痛上具有较高的临床疗效与安全性,可在临床治疗中大力推广。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of TCM medicine orally and applied on pain in neck shoulder low-back and leg.Methods:180 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,90 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment;the observation group was given TCM medicine orally and applied.The efficacy and safety in groups were compared.Results:The efficiency in the control group was 83.33%,and significantly lower than 97.78%in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications,such as pain,restricted activity,acid anesthesia and fascial injury in the control group was higher than the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine orally and applied on pain in neck shoulder low-back and leg shows a remarkable and safety,is worthy of application.
