自拟痔瘘熏洗剂坐浴治疗肛肠病术后疼痛水肿的观察

Treating pain and edema after anorectal disease surgery by hemorrhoids fumigation lotion bathing

目的:分析自拟痔瘘熏洗剂坐浴治疗肛肠病术后疼痛水肿的临床效果。方法:将2016年6月-2017年6月期间在我院就诊的82例肛肠病术后疼痛水肿患者按照不同的治疗方法随机分为对照组(41例,采用高猛酸钾溶液坐浴治疗)和治疗组(41例,采用自拟痔瘘熏洗剂坐浴治疗),通过视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、水肿分级评分量表评价患者疼痛、水肿情况,对比两组患者术后2d、3d疼痛、水肿变化情况以及住院时间。结果:两组患者术后3d疼痛评分、水肿评分相对于术后2d均有所下降(P<0.05),但治疗组患者术后3d疼痛评分、水肿评分更低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者住院时间为(7.2±2.2)d,显著短于对照组的(9.3±2.5)d。治疗组患者治疗总有效率(92.7%)显著高于对照组(80.5%),两组对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟痔瘘熏洗剂坐浴治疗肛肠病术后疼痛水肿的效果良好,可达到良好的消肿止痛效果,缓解患者临床症状,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of hemorrhoid fumigation lotion bathing on pain and edema after anorectal surgery.Methods:82 cases were randomly divided into the control group(41 cases took high potassium permanganate solution bath)and treatment group(41 cases received hemorrhoid fumigation lotion bathing).Results:In 3 days,the postoperative pain scores and edema scores in the groups were decreased(P<0.05),but those indexes in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05).The hospitalization duration in the treatment group was(7.2±2.2)days,and significantly shorter than(9.3±2.5)days in the control group.The total efficiency(92.7%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than 80.5%in the control group.Conclusion:Hemorrhoid fumigation lotion bathing on pain and edema after anorectal surgery showed good effects,can reduce swelling,relieve pain and clinical symptoms,and is worth promoting.
