中西医结合治疗复杂性肛瘘疗效及预后观察

Effective and prognostic observation on treating complex anal fistula in the integrative medicine

目的:分析手术治疗(双向等压引流术)结合中药内服对复杂性肛瘘的治疗效果及其预后观察。方法:在前来我院肛肠科就诊的患者中随机选取68例作为研究对象,将其分成实验组(双向等压引流术加中药治疗)和对照组(双向等压引流术),每组34例,观察治疗结果。结果:实验组预后复发0例,明显优于对照组的3例(15.79%),实验组疼痛平均分(0.96分)低于对照组(2.01分),而且尿潴留发生率同样低于对照组,实验组肛门评分平均分为0.89分,优于对照组的1.24分,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗复杂性肛瘘具有良好效果。

Objective:To analyze prognosis and efficacy of the integrative medicine on complex anal fistula.Methods:68 cases were randomly selected as research objects,were divided into the experimental group(given bidirectional equal pressure drainage plus TCM)and control group(given bidirectional equal pressure drainage),34 cases in each.The therapeutic result was observed.Results:Recurrence of prognosis in the experimental group was 0 case,was obviously fewer than 3 cases in the control group.Average pain score and incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group were lower than the control group.Average score of anus scoring in the experimental group was better than the control group.The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on complex anal fistula shows a good effect.
