他克莫司软膏与复合庆大霉素含漱液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效比较

Comparison between tacrolimus ointment and compound gentamicin gargle on treating oral lichen planus of erosive type

目的:比较他克莫司软膏与复合庆大霉素含漱液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法:62例糜烂型扁平苔藓患者随机分两组,实验组32例采用他克莫司软膏局部涂布患处治疗,对照组30例采用复合庆大霉素含漱液局部含漱治疗,两组均用药1个月后观察治疗效果,3个月后随访观察复发情况,根据疗效与复发情况进行比较。结果:治疗1个月后,实验组和对照组的总有效率分别为81.25%和73.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.56,P>0.05);3个月后随访,实验组复发率为87.5%,对照组复发率为63.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.93,P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓效果明显优于复合庆大霉素含漱液,且能有效降低复发率。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of tacrolimus ointment and compound gentamicin gargle on oral lichen planus of erosive type.Methods:62 cases were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases in the experimental group were treated with local application of tacrolimus ointment.30 cases in the control group were treated with local gargle of compound gentamicin gargle.The efficacy was observed after 1 month of medication.Recurrence situation was observed after 3 months of medication.The efficacy and recurrence situation were compared.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the total efficiency was 81.25%in the experimental group and 73.33%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference(χ2=0.56,P>0.05).Following up after 3 months,the recurrence rate was 87.5%in the experimental group and 63.33%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference(χ2=4.93,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of tacrolimus ointment on oral lichen planus of erosive type is better than the compound gentamicin gargle,and tacrolimus ointment can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
