口服中药肠清汤清洁肠道对X线检查效果的影响

An effect of oral the Changqing decoction in cleaning bowel on X-ray examination

目的:更进一步对口服中药肠清汤清洁肠道对X线检查效果的影响进行探究。方法:择取过去三年(2014年4月-2017年3月)于笔者所在医院接受腹部X线检查的320例患者进行回顾分析。依据随机数字表法及对每位受检者X线检查前所行肠道清肠方式的不同将其均分至常规肥皂水灌肠清肠的灌肠组与行中药肠清汤清肠的观察组,X线检查灌肠、观察两组患者的清肠优良率及患者满意度,并进行对比分析。结果:行口服中药肠清汤清洁肠道的观察组其清肠优良率达96.3%(154/160),远高于肥皂水灌肠组的87.5%(140/160),同时,在患者满意度方面,灌肠组满意度仅为82.5%(132/160),远低于口服中药97.5%(156/160),二者差异显著,P<0.05,统计学意义明显。结论:行腹部X线检查的受检者于检查前行口服中药肠清汤清洁肠道临床效果显著,且受检者满意度高,值得推广。

Objective:To further explore the efficacy of oral the Changqing decoction(肠清汤)in cleaning bowel on X-ray examination.Methods:320 cases who received abdominal x-ray examination from April 2014 to March 2017 were selected and retrospectively analyzed,were divided into the enema group with conventional soapy water enema,and the observation group with the Changqing decoction in cleaning bowel according to the random number table method and clean bowel methods.Good rate of bowel clearance and patient satisfaction in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The good rate of bowel clearance was 96.3%in the observation and 87.5%in the enema group.The patient satisfaction was 82.5%in the enema group,was lower than the 97.5%in the observation.The difference was significant and the statistical significance was obvious,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Changqing decoction on cleaning bowel before examination showed a significant effect,with high degree of patient satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
