5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合CO_2点阵激光治疗面部泛发性扁平疣的32例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 32 cases of facial generalized flat warts by 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy plus CO_2 lattice laser

目的:观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-ALA-PDT)联合CO_2点阵激光治疗面部泛发性扁平疣的疗效。方法:采用开放性、非对照性临床研究,对32例面部泛发性扁平疣患者进行5-ALA-PDT疗法联合CO_2点阵激光治疗,治疗2~3次,随访3个月,进行疗效评价。结果:32例面部泛发性扁平疣患者皮损获得完全缓解,2例获得部分缓解,2例患者复发。结论:外用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合CO_2点阵激光治疗面部泛发性扁平疣是一种痛苦小、起效快、疗效确切、复发率低、副作用轻微、预后美容效果好的治疗方法。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy plus CO2 fractional laser on facial generalized flat warts.Methods:32 cases were given 5-ALA-PDT plus CO2 fractional laser in the open and uncontrolled clinical study,for 2～3 times,followed up for 3 months.Results:30 cases achieved complete remission,2 cases gained partial remission,2 cases were relapse.Conclusion:Topical 5-ALA-PDT plus CO2 fractional laser on facial generalized flat warts showed the advantages of little pain,rapid onset,exact curative effects,low recurrence,minor side effects and good cosmetic outcome.
