中医药治疗对脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘的研究进展

A review on treating function constipation of the Pishen Yangxu type in TCM

本文主要了解脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘的中医药治疗现状及进展。通过查阅脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘的国内诊疗进展,从该病的病因病机、辨证论治、中医外治等方面将近年来有关脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘研究及文献进行综述,为今后科研临床提供参考,希望对脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘的治疗与治法有所启示。结论:中医药在治疗脾肾阳虚型功能性便秘方面疗效显著,前景广阔。

The present situation and a review on treating functional constipation of the Pishen Yangxu type(脾肾阳虚型)in TCM were understood.Through consulting domestic diagnosis and treatment of function constipation of the Pishen Yangxu type,the related research literatures in recent years were reviewed from the etiology and pathogenesis,syndromes differentiation and treatment,external therapy of TCM and other aspects,to provide reference for future clinical research.Conclusion:The curative effects of TCM on functional constipation of the Pishen Yangxu type was obvious,and the prospect is broad.
