体外冲击波治疗骨伤科常见疾病的研究进展及体会

A review and experience for treating common diseases of orthopedics by extracorporeal shock wave

自骨伤科领域引用体外冲击波(Extracorporeal Shock Wave,ESW)后,体外冲击波疗法(Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy,ESWT)得到了飞速发展,尤其在选择适应症和研制治疗设备方面取得了不菲的成绩。本文综述了近年来ESW治疗骨伤科常见疾病的临床进展及应用现状,通过对成功案例的描述,肯定其在临床上的实效性,并对其治疗机制加以阐述,最后提出了笔者的几点体会,为研究人员提供参考。

After the extracorpore shock wave was applied in the field of orthopedics,it has been rapidly developed,especially in the selection of indications and the manufacturing of equipment.In this paper,the clinical progress and application situation in recent years were summarized,the successful cases were described,the clinical effectiveness was affirmed,and the mechanism of ESW was expounded.And finally,some experience is put forward for the researchers as a reference.
