上前牙埋伏阻生正畸牵引治疗中超声骨刀与无痛口腔麻醉仪的联合应用价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究在埋伏上前牙正畸牵引治疗患者经无痛口腔麻醉仪联合超声骨刀临床治疗价值。方法按照随机综合平衡法划分本院2015年3月~2017年5月确诊36例在埋伏上前牙正畸牵引治疗患者为对照组和观察组,两组分别采用卡式注射器联合涡轮快机治疗、无痛口腔麻醉仪联合超声骨刀治疗,对比两组不同治疗结果。结果观察组术后两天肿胀发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后两天疼痛发生率明显较低(P<0.05);临床焦虑与合作行为级别评分比例明显较低(P<0.05)。结论无痛口腔麻醉仪联合超声骨刀应用埋伏上前牙需正畸牵引作开窗术中,有助于调动患者治疗依从性,术后反应小。 Objective To study the clinical value of the treatment of the ambushed anterior teeth with orthodontic traction in the treatment of patients with painless oral anesthesia instrument combined with ultrasonic bone knife.Methods according to the random division of comprehensive balance method in our hospital in March 2015--2017 year in May 50 cases were diagnosed in the orthodontic treatment of patients with impacted anterior teeth as control group and observation group,two groups were used with turbo machine fast clip type syringe therapy,painless oral anesthesia combined with ultrasound bone knife treatment,compared two groups of different treatment results.Results the incidence of swelling on the two day after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of pain was significantly lower on the two day after operation(P<0.05),and the proportion of clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior score was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of painless oral anaesthesia instrument combined with ultrasonic scalpel in orthodontic traction for anterior maxillary anterior teeth is helpful for mobilizing patients'treatment compliance and postoperative response.
