治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效观察研究

Therapeutic effect of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效。方法 2015年5月~2017年9月到榆林市口腔医院门诊正畸科就诊的打鼾患者经PSG确诊为OSAHS的78例成年患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组患者使用经验式口腔矫治器治疗,观察组患者使用根据计算机辅助下颌前伸测定结果所制作的测定式口腔矫器治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为39(100%),对照组患者的治疗有效率为36(92.3%),以此表示观察组患者的治疗有效率比对照组高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过本文研究表示,对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征治疗过程中,使用计算机辅助下颌前伸定位制作口腔矫治器的治疗效果良好,能够提高患者的治疗效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the curative effect of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods In May 2015～September 2017 to oral outpatient orthodontic division of yulin city of snoring patients with OSAHS by PSG confirmed as the 78 adult patients as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group,respectively,in each group of 39 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with experiential oral orthotics,and the observation group was treated with an assay based on computer-assisted mandibular protraction.Results The treatment of patients with effective rate of observation group,39(100%)and control group in the treatment of patients with effective rate of 36(92.3%),said in observation group of patients with treatment effectiveness is higher than control group,the data statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Through this article research said,for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom,in the process of using the computer aided mandibular forward position of oral appliance therapy effect is good,can improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with,worth clinical promotion.
