Research progress of fast-track surgery in nursing management during period of pediatric surgery

加速康复外科(FTS)是以患者为中心,以外科为主导,结合麻醉、护理、营养、心理等多学科团队,旨在减轻围手术期创伤应激反应,维护患者生理功能的一系列措施,从而达到促进患者康复的目的。本文总结了FTS科理念在小儿外科围手术期护理中的应用现状,为优化小儿外科围术期护理质量提供参考。

Fast-track surgery can be defined as a coordinated perioperative approach aimed at reducing surgical stress and facilitating postoperative recovery.It is a patient-orientated and surgery-dominated strategy which consisting of anesthesia,nursing,nutrition and mental health professionals.This paper summarized the research progress of fast track surgery in nursing management during period of pediatric surgery,in order to improve the perioperative nursing quality of pediatric surgery.
