术前穴位护理预防椎管内麻醉后恶心呕吐疗效观察

Clinical observation of preoperative acupoint care in prevention of nausea and vomiting after intraspinal anesthesia

目的探讨术前穴位护理对预防椎管内麻醉后恶心呕吐的疗效。方法 75例行椎管内麻醉的下肢创伤患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,各25例。A组患者给予围术期常规护理,B、C组患者在A组基础上增加穴位护理,B组患者术后施行,C组患者术前1 d即施行。观察并记录3组患者恶心呕吐的程度及是否应用止呕药的情况。结果术后48 h C组患者恶心呕吐程度则低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后24 h内C组使用止呕药物的患者较其余2组少(P<0.05)。结论术前穴位护理可减轻椎管内麻醉后恶心呕吐的程度。

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative acupoint care in prevention of nausea and vomiting after intraspinal anesthesia.Methods Totally 75 patients with lower extremity trauma received intraspinal anesthesia were included in this study.They were randomly divided into the Group A,B and C group,with 25 patients in each group.All patients received conventional nursing management during the preoperative period,and those in group B and C received acupoint care before and after operation,respectively.The severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting was evaluated by WHO standards,and the usage of antiemetic drugs was recorded and compared between two groups.Results At 48 hours after operation,patients in the group C had lower grade of nausea and vomiting compared with those in the group A or group B,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There were fewer patients in group C with administration of antiemetic drugs compared with those of group A or group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative acupoint care is potentially effective to relieve severity of nausea and vomiting after intraspinal anesthesia.
