摘要
目的探讨以岗位义务为核心的分层培训模式在提高骨科低年资护士综合能力中的效果。方法 97名在骨科轮转的低年资护士分为观察组和对照组。对照组48名采用常规培训教学方法,观察组49名接受以岗位义务为核心的分层培训模式,比较2组培训效果。结果观察组护士骨科专科知识与技能、基础知识与技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组护士对培训的满意度高于对照组护士(P<0.05)。结论以岗位义务为核心的分层培训模式能提高骨科低年资护士的岗位胜任能力。
Objective To evaluate the hierarchical training model focusing on job responsibility in training of junior nurses in the orthopedics department.Methods Totally 97 junior nurses in the orthopedics department were assigned to the observation group(n=49)and the control group(n=48).The conventional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and hierarchical training model focusing on job responsibility was conducted in the observation group.The effectiveness of teaching and training was compared between two groups.Results Junior nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores in assessment of orthopedics knowledge and operating skills compared with those of controls(P<0.01).Junior nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with the training compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical training model focusing on job responsibility can improve the position competency of the junior nurses in the orthopedics department.
