自组装颗粒调驱体系优选及驱油试验研究 被引量:2

Study on optimization and oil displacement experiment for self-assembled particles profile control system

摘要 针对渤海油田储层条件,设计合成了一种用于调驱的新型自组装颗粒。通过颗粒粒径测试试验、耐温耐盐性能试验、封堵性能试验以及驱油试验,对颗粒的性能进行了试验研究。静态试验结果表明:自组装颗粒具有良好的耐温耐盐性能,其耐温范围65~100℃,耐盐范围10~35 g/L,适用于海上油藏的储层条件。封堵试验结果表明:对于渗透率介于10~15μm^2的砂管模型,自组装颗粒封堵后,水驱压力梯度达17.04~141.71 kPa/m,砂管渗透率降至(240~1 993)×10^(-3)μm^2,砂管有效封堵率在86.83%以上,具有较好的封堵效果。驱油试验结果表明:对于渗透率在10μm^2左右的砂管模型,在水驱采收率为27.71%的基础上,注入0.05 PV自组装颗粒调驱体系,其采收率可提高36.05百分点,其最终采收率可达63.26%。该研究可为自组装颗粒调驱技术提供数据及理论基础。 A new type self-assembled particles,which is used for oil displacement in offshore oilfield,are designed and synthesized based on the reservoir conditions of Bohai Oilfield.The performances of self-assembled particles are studied through particle diameter test,temperature resistance and salt resistance test,plugging test and oil displacement test.The results of static experiments show that the self-assembled particles have good properties of heat-resistance and salt-resistance,and it is applicable on the reservoir conditions of 65-100℃and 10-35 g/L of salinity.Block experiment shows that for the sand-filled pipe,which permeability is between 10-15μm 2,after injection of self-assembled particles system,water flooding pressure gradient is among 17.04-141.71kPa/m,and the permeability falls to(240-1 993)×10-3μm 2,which effectively plugging rate is above 86.83%.Oil displacement experiment shows that after injecting 0.05 PV self-assembled particles profile control system,for the sand filled pipe,which permeability is about 10μm 2,the oil recovery can be increased by 36.05 percent point at the foundation of 27.71%,and ultimate recovery can reach 63.26%.The research can provide data and theoretical basis for self-assembled particles profile control technology.
