摘要
能源管控系统(EMS)是建立在信息集成技术的基础上,以实现科学用能的综合管控系统。以山东荣信集团有限公司能源管控项目建设为背景,提出一种煤化企业能源管控系统硬件配置与软件功能架构模式。介绍了系统的组成和特点,采用标准的三层结构,即核心层、汇聚层和接入层。系统功能分为能源监控与调度、基础能源管理以及能源优化三大部分,重点介绍了煤气系统的优化调度策略。对能源管控系统的运行效果进行了分析对比,结果表明:能源管控中心的建立实现了统一实时监控、优化能源介质配置和能源的高效使用,煤气系统、蒸汽系统、循环水系统和电力系统的能耗均得到降低,生产装置各系统年节约能耗折标煤15 366 t,取得了较好的节能降耗效果。
Energy management and control system(EMS)is a comprehensive system which is established on the foundation of information integration technology to realize scientific energy utility.On the background of construction of energy management and control system in Shandong Rongxin Group Co.,Ltd.,a kind of architectural pattern of hardware configuration and software function for coal chemical enterprise energy management and control system is put forward.The system constitution and characteristics are presented and the standard 3-tier structure including core layer,convergence layer and access layer is adopted.The system functions include three sections,that is monitoring and dispatching of energy,management of basic energy and energy optimization,and the optimized dispatching strategy of coal gas system is highlighted.The operation effect of EMS is analyzed and compared,and the results show that the establishment of EMS has realized the goals of real time monitoring,optimization of energy configuration and efficient utilization of energy.The energy consumption of coal gas system,steam system,circulating water system and electrical power system is reduced,and the energy saving of the production unit amounts to standard coal of 15 366 t per year.The operation of EMS achieves preferable effect of energy-saving and cost-reducing.
