摘要 为了确定聚丙烯(PP)装置的质量运行状况,引入基于风险检验(RBI)技术,对PP装置中的全部15台静设备进行风险检验。介绍了RBI技术的相关工作内容及实施具体细节,分析了PP装置潜在的故障及失效模式,确定了设备的破坏机理,对设备的失效概率与失效后果进行了计算,并为提出应对措施提供了可靠的依据,制定出有效的实施方案。在实施过程中充分利用了RBI技术,为PP装置设备检测起到了一定的指导作用,从而使设备检验工作能够依据设备与设施在运行中的薄弱环节以及风险管理来科学安排,为设备可靠的运行提供了有效保证。结合PP装置的RBI评估结果,对PP生产过程以及质量管理等方面提出了改进建议。 In order to confirm the quality and operation state of polypropylene(PP)unit,risk based inspection(RBI)technology is introduced to implement risk inspection for total 15 sets of static equipment in PP unit.The related work and implementation details of RBI technology are described,and the potential failure and failure modes of the PP unit are analyzed.The fracture mechanism of the equipment is determined,and the failure probability and failure consequence are calculated,which provide reliable foundation to put forward solutions and work out effective implementation schemes.RBI technology plays guiding function to equipment detection,thereby,the inspection work can be scientifically arranged based on the weaknesses and risk management of equipment running,which provide effective guarantee to reliable operation.Combined with the RBI evaluation result,some improvement suggestions are presented for PP production and quality control.
