摘要 针对脉搏波信号幅度小噪声大等问题,提出并设计了一款基于CMOS的脉搏血氧采集传感器信号处理电路。采用UMC 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS工艺进行设计,提出一种能有效放大微弱信号、减小噪声且滤除高频信号的信号处理电路,从而使信号达到模数转换的输入范围。芯片测试结果表明:该芯片在1.8 V单电源的供电下,输出动态范围为0.7 V^1.4 V,芯片的可变增益范围为30 d B^54 d B,共模抑制比和电源抑制比均大于88 d B,芯片的总体功耗为360μW,达到了预期的效果。 To solve small amplitude and strong noise of pulse signal,design of signal processing circuit based on CMOS pulse blood oximetry acquisition sensor is presented.It is implemented in UMC 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS process.In this paper,a new signal processing circuit is presented with amplifying weak signal,reducing noise effectively and filtering high frequency signal,so as to reach the input range of analog to digital conversion.Experiment results showed that the system achieve CMRR and PSRR more than 88 dB,and programmable gains from 30 dB to 54 dB,and output dynamic range from 0.7 V to 1.4 V.Power dissipations of the whole IC were 360μW under a 1.8 Vsingle supply voltage,which achieved the desired results.
