近年来,我国对营林造林工作的重视程度越来越高,出台了多种应对措施,确保林业建设能够得到良好的发展。河北雾灵山国家级自然保护区对营林造林工作越来越重视,实施提高幼苗育种的质,完善林业管理体制,加大营林造林质量管理力度,加大营林造林的资金投入,不断改进营林造林的经营手段,林业经济得到了快速发展。
