摘要
为了防止热力设备的腐蚀并且保证锅炉设备的安全运行,本课题研究了除氧器温度控制的方法。除氧器是将溶解在水中的氧、二氧化碳等气体从水中除去。本课题将常规的PID控制和模糊控制算法相结合,形成控制品质极好的模糊PID控制器。最后通过仿真软件MATLAB对PID控制算法和模糊PID控制算法进行仿真比较,结果表明,模糊PID控制在过渡时间、超调量和稳定性等方面明显优越于常规的PID控制,对热力电厂锅炉设备的使用寿命和安全运行有至关重要的作用,可以推广使用。
In order to prevent the corrosion of heating equipments and ensure the safe operation of boiler equipment,this paper researches the deaerator temperature control method.Deaerator removes oxygen,carbon dioxide and other gases from water.The combination of PID control with fuzzy control algorithm forms excellent fuzzy PID controller.Finally,through the simulation software MATLAB,the PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm are compared,and the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control is obviously superior to the conventional PID control in the maximum overshoot,stability and the transition time.
